About UsCaptain Richard Key is a full-time professional Fishing Guide / Outfitter providing bay fishing trips from the Laguna Madre, Port Isabel and Brownsville, Texas. "I have been fishing the Lower Laguna Madre area for over thirty years. I am licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard and the State of Texas, and I also belong to the Port Isabel / South Padre Island Fishing Guide Association." The BoatEnjoy a dry and comfortable bay fishing experience in my custom 22’ Mosca Bay Raider powered by a 175 H.P. Suzuki outboard. 
Fishing TechniquesCaptain Richard is very versatile with his fishing techniques, using both live bait and lures, and outfits his customers with the best equipment possible for their needs. Morning and afternoon charters are available for Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Snook, and Tarpon. I specialize in individual, corporate, and family-oriented fishing trips. Our trip will begin at the Pirate’s Landing Pier and restaurant, at 110 North Garcia St., Port Isabel, Texas. Traveling from Port Isabel, Pirate’s Landing Pier & Restaurant.
